Terms of Service
What These Terms Cover
These Terms of Service describe the relationship between Dry Bros Water & Fire Restoration and anyone who contacts us, requests an estimate, or authorizes work through our company. Using this website or submitting a contact form means you have read and accept these terms. The signed work-authorization form you receive before any crew arrives governs the actual service relationship, these terms cover the period before that signature and your general use of this site.
Service Area
Dry Bros Water & Fire Restoration operates within the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding Illinois communities. If you are outside our service area, we will tell you promptly so you can find local help. We do not guarantee availability for every address, and contacting us does not create an obligation on either side until a scope of work is agreed upon in writing.
Estimates and Work Authorization
Any estimate, quote, or range of cost we provide, whether by phone, email, or in person, is an assessment based on visible conditions at the time. It is not a binding contract. Conditions behind walls, under flooring, or in concealed cavities can change the scope once work begins. The signed work-authorization form, which details the agreed scope, pricing structure, and payment schedule, is the document that creates a binding service agreement. Do not begin assuming work is scheduled until that form is executed by both parties.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods and due dates are stated on your work-authorization form. Where Dry Bros is coordinating directly with your insurance carrier, payment timelines follow the carrier’s claim process, we will walk you through what to expect. Any portion not covered by insurance (deductibles, non-covered items, upgrades) is the property owner’s responsibility and is due per the schedule on your authorization form. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection action under Illinois law.
Insurance Coordination
We regularly work alongside homeowners’ and commercial property insurance carriers and can document losses, photograph affected materials, and communicate scope with your adjuster. This coordination is a service we offer to make the claims process easier, it does not mean we guarantee any particular claim outcome or coverage determination. Those decisions rest entirely with your carrier.
Liability and Scope
Dry Bros Water & Fire Restoration operates as a licensed contractor under Illinois state regulations. Our liability is limited to the work described in your signed authorization form and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, concealed damage discovered after work is complete, or losses caused by circumstances outside our control. We carry general liability insurance; documentation is available on request.
Dispute Resolution
If a concern arises about work performed, contact us directly at (877) 379-2767 or amin.mashouf@gmail.com, most issues are resolved faster that way than through formal channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Cook County.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you fill out a contact form, request an estimate, or call us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. Our website may also collect standard anonymous analytics data, pages visited, general geographic region, device type, through third-party tools. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
How We Use Your Information
The information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, coordinate with your insurance carrier (only with your authorization), and document the scope of loss for claims purposes. We do not use your contact information for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only when you ask us to, most commonly, that means coordinating with your insurance adjuster or a subcontractor needed to complete your restoration. Any third party we work with in connection with your job is bound to use your information only for that purpose.
Retention
We retain job-related records for as long as required by Illinois contractor regulations and standard insurance documentation practices. Contact inquiries that do not result in a job are removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at amin.mashouf@gmail.com or (877) 379-2767. Because Dry Bros serves a US-based customer base and does not target visitors in the European Union, GDPR obligations are unlikely to apply, but we are committed to reasonable data practices regardless of jurisdiction.
Questions
For any privacy-related question, email amin.mashouf@gmail.com or write to us at 3918 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60629.
