Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Dry Bros Water & Fire Restoration is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe access to information about emergency restoration services should not depend on a visitor’s abilities or the device they’re using.
This site is built with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized benchmark for web accessibility. That means we aim for sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, properly labeled form fields, and a page structure that screen readers can navigate logically from top to bottom.
What We’ve Done to Support Accessible Use
Pages on this site are structured with semantic HTML headings so assistive technologies can present an accurate outline of each page’s content. Images include descriptive alternative text where the image conveys meaningful information. Contact forms are labeled so that screen reader users know what each field expects before they type.
Keyboard users can tab through interactive elements, navigation links, form fields, and buttons, in a logical order without requiring a mouse. We avoid auto-playing media and flashing content that can cause difficulty for users with vestibular or photosensitive conditions.
Known Limitations and Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox, it requires ongoing attention as content is added and updated. While we work to maintain WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across the site, some older content or third-party components may not yet fully meet every guideline. We review the site periodically and address gaps as they are identified.
If you encounter a page, form, or document that is difficult or impossible to use, we want to know. Reported issues are our highest priority for the next update cycle, and we commit to acknowledging accessibility concerns and working toward a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
